combat log plugin? Empty combat log plugin?

hey turretnoob14 here i was wondering if you could get the combat log plugin for the server? it makes it so that if someone gets hit and then they log out they die and there stuff goes to the person that hit them. i hate it when ill be fighting this person and they know there going to lose so they will log out until i leave and its really really annoying. i think this would be a great addition to the server. thanks
